The Quadro Mat
Description: The "Quadro" mat has a needle spacing of 5.8 mm, dimensions of 118x470 mm, and contains 1780 needles. This is a versatile mat suitable for any body area. If desired, it can be cut lengthwise and/or crosswise into 2 or 4 separate mats for selective action on specific body areas, allowing for individual adjustment of the duration of each mat's application.
The main advantage of this mat is its size, which conveniently affects the large longitudinal muscles of the spine, cervical region, thigh area, arms and legs, as well as palms and soles.
Capabilities of the mat:
- Relieves pain in the spine, muscle groups, and joints;
- Accelerates recovery and rehabilitation after fractures, surgeries, and injuries;
- Eliminates chronic pain in the back and neck area;
- Enhances the effect of massage, acupuncture, and laser therapy 2-3 times when used simultaneously;
- Improves sleep quality, normalizes metabolism, and increases vitality;
- Used for treating sexual function in both men and women.
How to use: It's crucial to place the mat correctly. The main condition for proper placement is the even distribution of body weight across the mat's surface. Never place the mat on a completely flat surface. To lie correctly on the mat, carefully model the curves of the spine in the cervical and lumbar regions using pillows and towels rolled into cylinders. The body should not slide off the needles, scratch, or cause pain. In the evening, apply for 20 minutes for pain relief and a sedative effect. During the day, for toning, increasing efficiency, rehabilitation after injuries and surgeries, use for 5-15 minutes.
Duration of the course: 3 weeks. The course can be repeated after 1 week.
The Quadro mat has become indispensable for many. It helps the elderly, young people, children, and even pregnant women cope with physical stress, blood pressure problems, neuralgic diseases, and mental overloads. The excellent relaxing effect of the mat relieves tension and fatigue, alleviates headaches and joint pains caused by injuries, age-related changes, or chronic diseases.
Composition: The mat consists of a flexible rubber plate with needles made from metals essential for the body: zinc, copper, iron, nickel, and silver.
